Join us for an evening of smooth, groovy, late-night sounds with two musicians who truly connect — both on and off stage. Alto-saxophonist Ethan Smith and pianist Piotr Libelt first crossed musical paths during Ethan’s Moving Out Concert Series back in 2020 — an intimate living-room session that gave birth to a smooth, lounge-like dialogue between their instruments.

Their shared love for laid-back grooves, soul-soaked harmonies and the mellow corners of jazz, R&B and chill-out sounds makes this duo something special. As Ethan puts it: “There aren’t that many pianists in Kraków. And I really liked Piotr’s style. Our musical tastes aligned — especially our affinity for the slower, groovier, lounge-esque end of the musical spectrum.”

Ethan Smith, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, has become a well-known face in the Kraków music scene — from street busking beginnings to playing in projects like Neon Faces, The Afronauts, and collaborations with artists like Wassim Ibrahim.
